Avalon's E-spect Solution is an innovative "pay
as you go" mobile solution which is used to meet
an extensive list of inspection, service
verification, quality assurance and asset data
collection requirements. This Software As
A Service (SaaS) solution provides a cost
effective approach for meeting the daily
application requirements of service oriented
customers.
The
solution works on the premise of receiving
transaction level meta data (i.e. we need to
collect/inspect/locate/complete "x") which in
turn is used by the mobile device agent as a
means for directing the collection of field
level values. Once collected, the agent
data is synchronized with the E-spect Service
and available for upload to a subsequent system
or can be analyzed through a variety of
pre-packaged reports accessible at any time from
any location via a standard web browser.
